Effective 1 November 2026. These terms apply to your use of StillKit, the free browser tools at ailivex.com. By using StillKit, you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. A free service
StillKit is free to use and requires no account. We may change, pause or discontinue any part of it at any time, without notice.
2. Your files and results
Your files and results stay on your device and remain yours. You are responsible for having the right to use the content you process, for checking every result before relying on it, and for keeping backups of your originals.
3. Information, not professional advice
Calculators and converters provide general information only. Results for tax, finance, health, legal, identity, engineering, agriculture and similar topics are estimates based on the values you enter and are not professional advice. Verify important results with official sources or a qualified professional.
4. Acceptable use
Use StillKit only for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, probe or gain unauthorized access to the website, and do not use it to infringe anyone's rights.
5. Intellectual property
The StillKit name, design and written content belong to us. Third-party software included in the site is used under its own licenses, listed on our licenses page.
6. Links to other websites
StillKit may link to websites we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
7. No warranty
StillKit is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that results will be correct or that the site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, StillKit, including loss of data, files, profits or business, or any indirect or consequential loss. Because StillKit is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to zero, or the lowest amount the law allows.
9. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from your misuse of StillKit or your breach of these terms or the law.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Sri Lanka have exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a consumer, you keep any mandatory protections that apply where you live.
11. Changes and severability
We may update these terms at any time. The effective date above shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept it. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
